Thursday, May 3rd marks the beginning of MN8's May Madness with the brilliant return of DC's own Me'shell N'degeochello. For this special evening Me'shell and her eight piece band will be accompanied by a modern dancer as she (wait for it) gets back to performing her craft of lyricism, playing some of her new jams and some old ones too with her signature blend of spoken word, rap, and song, while killing that bass. Also sharing the bill is another DC luminary, W. Ellington Felton who will open your mind with his dubious verses and grooves from present, past, and future albums.
